Kelvinox400HA ( High access )
Designed for the most demanding experiments, requiring the lowest base temperature (less than 7mK) and highest cooling power (over 350µW at 100mK).
Consistent with these performance characteristics, the Kelvinox®400HA is also supplied with an extensive range of access ports.
Standard Features
· 3 x 38mm line-of-sight ports to the mixing chamber are available for drive rods, waveguides or coaxial cables.
· 4 x12.7 mm spare ports from the 4K helium bath to the IVC with matching ports on the insert top plate for future expansion e.g. for thermal anchoring of low temperature electronics.
Sample access and mounting
This is a straightforward process.
· Remove the insert from the main cryostat
· Remove the inner vacuum chamber (IVC) to gain access to the base of the mixing chamber
· Mount the sample directly to the mixing chamber or via a sample holder.
Supplying a sliding seal assembly for the insert may reduce turnaround times.
