Model 2200 Automatic Cryopump Control
- Dual silicon diode temperature digital read out with three adjustable set points.
- Thermocouple vacuum gauge digital readout with two adjustable set points.
- Programmable microprocessor based system for analysis and control.
- Stores parameters for last ten regenerations for review.
- Automatically provides power for roughing valve, purge gas valve, heaters, compressor relay coil and mechanical pump relay coil.
- Display: 32 character LCD for display of pressure, temperatures, set points and status.
