Responsibilities
"OES direct sales in the field to gain max. sale margin.
Implement and Execute IA sales strategies to enable the company’s sales target in east China to be achieved.
Take part in IA product promotions and lead generation program to develop new and existing market in conjunction with OES Channel.
Develop the existing relationships with the major distributors, and provide all necessary technical supports and sales training program to the distributors.
Develop partnerships with the third party trading companies to enable IA to trade in a flexible and appropriate manor with the customers in China.
Communicate with other regions to share sales experiences, skills, to ensure that all company resources are used to greatest effect.
Identify new business opportunities, Suggest Improvements in the operations that could increase the profitability.
Project a professional and competent image of Oxford Instruments and its products at all times.

Prefer 3-5 years relevant working experiences
Experience in OES instruments
Good written & verbal English communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft office software
